For Anthropic's Claude Growth Team
Product Manager, Growth

help people do more than they thought possible

Hey, I'm Danny (). I've spent 12 years building digital products, growing audiences, and starting companies.

I led digital projects for Beyoncé across music, film, technology, philanthropy, and live events. Then I raised $7 million for Galaxy, a resale marketplace that grew to millions of dollars in GMV.

I work in Claude Code every day on product and growth problems for AI apps. I build the product, work through how it reaches customers, and decide what to test next. That is why I'm a strong fit to lead growth for Claude Code: I know the work, use the product, and build for the people I want to help adopt it.

I build these products through my studio, Kiko, and share what I learn on YouTube.

Why Anthropic

I started my career as a teacher, ran nonprofits, and spent years teaching in Asia and Philadelphia. That work is where my interest in helping people become more capable began. I see a connection between teaching and building products: understand what someone wants to do, help them through what's difficult, and give them the means to take the next step themselves.

That is what draws me to AI. I take the possibility of AGI in the next few years seriously. I want more people to have the tools to learn a skill, build a business, or put an idea into practice. Claude Code has expanded what I can build. I want to help others experience that change in their own work.

Claude's Constitution connects that ambition to how the model should behave. It asks Claude to support independent thinking, be honest about uncertainty, and remain open to correction. Those commitments matter to me as someone who began in education. The goal is for people to develop their own judgment and ability to act. As Claude takes on more work, I want to help build products that give people more possibilities and keep them in control of the decisions that shape their lives.

Turn expertise into the ability to act

After coding, I'd focus on go-to-market: sales and marketing work that sits close to revenue. I see it as a candidate for Claude Code's largest market beyond developers. Almost every business needs to find customers, understand them, and turn that understanding into sales. It's also the work I know and build for today.

Claude and Cowork already support connected tools, skills, and scheduled workflows. I'd build on that foundation to help teams stand up their own marketing systems: connected research, content, outreach, experiments, and reporting, with the context and approvals carried through. (Examples Below!)

Templates can help someone start. The larger opportunity is a set of skills that work together, which a team can customize to its customers, tools, and process. Claude Code should help them build that system, run it reliably, and keep improving it as results come in.

My approach to product growth

01

Claude Code is the daily workspace

My bar is a product people use seven days a week: the first interface they check to decide what needs attention and the last they check to review what got done. That requires useful work running through the system every day, with progress, decisions, and results in one place.

02

Activate a specific customer around a real job

I'd start with a growth lead at a small AI software company who owns acquisition and has limited engineering support. Help them connect customer research, campaign data, and creative production so they can prepare their next approved ad test. The work repeats, the outcome is measurable, and the same context can support sales research and outreach.

03

Use research and data to make hard decisions

Watch customers work, interview people who leave, and compare usage across cohorts. Use that evidence to decide which customer to prioritize, where to simplify setup, and which features to stop building. Test the proposed change against a clear hypothesis.

04

Track whether people stay and do more

I'd track day 1, day 7, day 30, and day 90 retention from a defined first-use event. Depth of engagement is a proxy for value: completed jobs, repeat delegation, and use across connected steps. The events depend on the feature. Pair them with customer research, correction effort, and successful outcomes to understand whether deeper use is helping.

Three GTM products I built for clients

Claude Code changed my life because it changed what I could put into practice. Since it came out, it's been my daily driver. These are three products I built for clients with it, each grounded in go-to-market work I already understood.

Creator discovery

Find the creators who can bring the right users in

Shared with permission

The recurring job. Each campaign brings another decision about which creators fit the product, audience, and brief.

First value. A shortlist the client can evaluate, with clear fit criteria, source material, and reasons for each recommendation.

The reason to return. The next campaign needs another shortlist. I built the workflow around explicit criteria and reviewable decisions so the client can revisit how fit was judged and refine the next search.

A team can see how each creator was found, why the system scored them as a fit, who approved the outreach, and what happened after contact.

Audience research

Turn audience behavior into product and message tests

Shared with permission

The recurring job. Teams need fresh audience research as they choose what to say and which ideas to test.

First value. A research brief that connects an audience pattern to an idea the client can test, with the original sources available to inspect.

The reason to return. The next product or campaign question calls for another round of research. I built in saved sources, briefs, and reusable patterns so the team has prior work to build on and assumptions it can revisit.

A team can open every source, check the analysis, read the brief, and choose the next idea to test.

The recurring job. After one batch of ads, the team has to decide what to test next and why.

First value. A set of creative concepts grounded in customer research, ready for the client to review and develop into ads.

The reason to return. Campaign results create the next set of questions. I connected research, creative approval, and results tracking so the next batch can respond to what the team learned.

The workflow connects research, concept and creative approvals, and a paused Meta campaign ready for review. Results tracking gives the team evidence for its next batch.

let's put more capability
in people's hands

I've experienced the change I want to help more people make. I'd love to walk the team through what I've built, what I've learned from clients, and how we'd help more people turn their expertise into work they can do with Claude.

I bring 12 years of product and audience work, the experience of building a company, and daily practice building with Claude Code. I want to work with research, engineering, design, marketing, and data to turn advances in Claude into products people understand, use, and keep coming back to.
